The most basic maintenance is changing the air filter. Depending upon the filter you use, it should be changed every one to three months. Check the filter’s packaging for guidelines. If you have children or pets, you may want to replace the filter more often than the manufacturer recommends.

All other maintenance requires a professional. Manufacturers recommend routine maintenance to ensure your system stays in top operating condition. The industry standard for maintenance is every six months.

The easiest way to make sure your system is serviced regularly is with our Energy Saving Agreement , which provides semi-annual maintenance, discounts and priority service. We’ll even call and email you to schedule your tune-ups.

Breakdowns happen, even in well-maintained heating and air conditioning equipment. Because there is never a convenient time for a HVAC system breakdown, we provide repair service all day, every day.

Should your heating or air conditioning system develop a problem or stop operating, call our office at 919-329-2944 for an appointment. Regular repair appointments are scheduled from 7:30 am-7pm. For your convenience, we’ll call you when we are on our way. Emergency service is always available 24/7/365 and never an additional charge.

Our repair technicians will:

• Prepare an upfront repair price for you to approve or decline

Most HVAC repairs can be made the same day, and all of our minor repairs come with a five-year warranty.

An $89 Service/Dispatch Fee covers the costs associated with sending a professional to your house to share expertise and provide solutions. Energy Saving Agreement members Service/Dispatch Fee is $79.00 and you receive a 10% discount on all repairs and never pay an overtime charge.
